MSc Cyber Security
This programme equips you with cutting-edge technical expertise and critical insights necessary to excel in the high-demand field of cybersecurity. You’ll master areas such as network architecture, ethical hacking, digital forensics, system resilience, and cloud/web services protection. Learning follows a “Learn by Doing” approach—through tools like Cisco IOS simulation, Metasploit, OWASP, and TryHackMe, you’ll work with real-world cybersecurity environments.
You’ll build a professional portfolio with hands-on projects and virtual labs, while gaining access to certifications such as CEH, Microsoft Security Fundamentals, and Cisco networking badges—all designed to enhance your employability. The course aligns with the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) frameworks, ensuring relevance and credibility.

- A 2:2 Honours degree in a computing-related field or equivalent with 18 months of related work experience
- Applicants with 3+ years of relevant IT or security experience may be accepted on a case-by-case basis
- English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 (min. 6.0 in each component) for online study; lower threshold for blended learning
