MMus Music Performance
This one-year, practice-focused master’s programme is designed for musicians seeking to develop advanced performance skills and a distinctive artistic identity. The course emphasizes both technical proficiency and expressive musicality, combining solo and ensemble work with composition, arranging, and professional development. Students gain practical experience in performance, recording, digital marketing, and project management, culminating in a major creative project that demonstrates their expertise and readiness for professional careers in music.
Academic Journey
Duration: 1 year (Full-time) or 2 years (Part-time)

- Principal Instrument: Intensive training to enhance technical and expressive performance skills.
- Arranging: Techniques for arranging music across genres and ensemble types.

- Digital Distribution & Marketing: Strategies to promote music and build a professional profile.
- Writing & Recording Musician: Skills in writing, recording, and producing music.
- Major Project: A culminating project showcasing artistic and professional growth.
- Minimum second-class honours degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- English proficiency at CEFR Level C1 (IELTS 7.0 overall, minimum 6.5 per component).
