LLM International Corporate Governance

The LLM Corporate Governance is a postgraduate degree designed for law and non-law graduates to enhance academic legal knowledge, particularly focusing on corporate governance. This course is ideal for those interested in developing an in-depth understanding of how mechanisms, relations and processes of corporations impact how they function and operate. It opens up pathways to careers such as chartered governance professional, company secretary, governance roles within large organisations, private companies, charitable organisations, governorships, and directorships.

Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum second-class honours degree (law or non-law graduates)

UK Tuition Fee 2026/27:

  • Full-time: £15,000 (London), £12,750 (Outside London)
  • Part-time: Same fees (paid across 22 instalments)

International Tuition Fee 2026/27:

  • London: £19,600
  • Outside London: £18,250

International Bursary: £2,500 per year (non-domestic students)

Alumni Discount: £1,000 Academic Master’s Alumni Discount (for ULaw graduates)

Postgraduate Loan Eligibility: Yes

Enhanced Instalment Options: Up to 12 instalments (full-time) or 22 instalments (part-time)

In addition to a general induction to the programme, there is a two-week induction covering the Key Principles of the English Legal System. This is compulsory for non-law students, but also open to students wanting a refresher in the fundamentals of the law of England and Wales. This would be useful for any student who has taken a considerable break from legal education.
