Foundation Degree Hospitality and Event Management (FdA)
This two-year foundation degree integrates creative thinking with practical business skills, tailored for the global hospitality and events sector. You’ll begin with a supportive two-week “My Toolkit for Success” programme that builds your academic confidence and professional development. The curriculum emphasises project-based learning, industry engagement, and critical reflection—enabling you to apply theory to real-world contexts while honing your employability skills.
In Year 1, you explore the foundations of the hospitality and events industry, digital innovation, marketing in the digital age, and academic research skills. Year 2 advances into leadership, immersive event design, strategic decision-making, and culminates in a Creative Events Project—a live brief requiring sustainable, real-world solutions.
