BSc (Hons) Criminology with Law
This course blends the study of crime, criminal behaviour, and justice systems with an in-depth understanding of legal principles and processes. You will explore criminological theories, the causes of crime, and the impact of criminal activity on individuals and society, while also studying areas of law such as criminal law, human rights, and the law of evidence. The programme examines how laws are created, enforced, and challenged, giving you the skills to critically analyse legal frameworks in the context of crime and justice. Through case studies, mock trials, and research projects, you will develop investigative, analytical, and communication skills essential for careers in law, policing, or the wider criminal justice sector.
