BSc (Hons) Construction Management (Level 6 Top-Up)
This Top-Up degree is designed to prepare students to step directly into professional roles in the construction industry. You’ll build on prior learning (e.g. HND in Construction) to gain knowledge of construction technology, professional practice, ethics, health & safety, and environmental sustainability. The course focuses on delivering construction projects safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Sustainability and innovation are embedded throughout. You’ll explore modern methods of construction and learn how construction work impacts the environment. Through industry-relevant assessments—such as site practice, dispute resolution, project management, and an industry project—you’ll gain practical competence paired with managerial and business awareness.
