BSc (Hons) Construction Management
This course prepares students for leadership roles within the construction industry by combining principles of project management, engineering, and business. You will learn how to plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, focusing on cost control, quality assurance, health and safety, and sustainable building practices. The curriculum covers construction technology, contract management, site operations, and legal frameworks, alongside management skills such as communication, risk assessment, and team leadership. Practical site visits, case studies, and real-world project simulations help develop your problem-solving and decision-making abilities essential for the complex construction environment.
