BA (Hons) Hospitality Management and Leadership
This programme focuses on developing knowledge and skills for those interested in leadership roles in hospitality and events. You’ll cover core areas such as hospitality finance, strategic decision-making, event venue/promotion, customer experience, digital marketing/branding, sustainable planning, and leadership & entrepreneurship. Teaching is via lectures, guest lectures, group work, seminars, field trips, and live creative event projects.
You also use virtual learning tools to support material access and communication. Key transferable skills such as interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, ethical understanding, and operational management are built into the programme so that you are work-ready in both operational and managerial roles.
Academic Journey
Duration: 3 years (or 4 years with the Foundation pathway)
Study Mode: Full-time, Flexible Learning—on campus and online, with classes on weekdays, evenings, and weekends

- UCAS tariff points required, based on Level 3 qualifications (A-Levels, BTEC, etc.)
- Four GCSEs (or equivalent) including English (or equivalent communication qualification)
- Foundation year option if Level 3 requirements not met
