This Top-Up degree is built for students who already have an HND or equivalent Level 5 qualification in business or related fields and want to upgrade to a full honours degree. The curriculum is designed to deliver both the conceptual foundations and practical skills needed in today’s accounting and finance environment. You’ll learn about risk management, corporate governance, financial decision-making, business transformation, and the legal & ethical contexts in which businesses operate.

An important feature is the enterprise simulation software: you’ll run a virtual business and make real-world decisions in areas such as financial management, operations, and people management. There’s also strong focus on soft skills, innovation, and applying theory through case studies, group work, independent assignments, and workplace-relevant tasks so you leave ready for the demands of the accounting and finance sectors.
